Beach is very close and beautiful view The owner gave us good tips where to eat and visit around Santa Pola The apartment is well equipped too and very clean

The condensation water from the Aircon is on the balcony and everytime we must make sure that it doesn't overflow in order not to slip and I think it's better to be informed about it Otherwise everything is very good

The property was so clean and spacious, it really lives up to its name! The bedrooms were so comfortable, two bathrooms and a great kitchen kitted out to be able to make meals whenever. A laundry section to be able to dry wet swimsuits easily. The balcony was the top draw to this place and it did not disappoint, sunshine from early morning to late afternoon with blankets to be able to sit out in the evening too, so much space!! Being able to communicate with the host via WhatsApp was so useful and such a friendly touch, felt very secure and picking up the keys was so welcoming and easy to access. The property was literally on the beach and right beside all necessities like restaurants, corner shops and even water sports facilities to go paddle boarding! Went away for a relaxing few days in the sun and this place could not have been more perfect, I looked around a LOT of places along Portugal, Spain, Greece etc and I am so glad I chose this spot in the end, the area itself was so friendly and clean with a perfect marina town to explore, we even got to spot wild flamingos about a 30 min walk from the property!!

Absolutely everything! The location is perfect. The view from the apartment is really outstanding and immediately relaxes you. The host is lovely and welcoming. She is so helpful and kind. We loved it so much we booked another trip to the apartment while still on holiday! Thank you, we had a wonderful holiday!

The apartment is located in the quiet part of Santa Pola, very close to the sea. The view from the balcony is unbelievable - you get to see both the sunset and sunrise. The balcony itself is great with a table and comfortable chairs. The flat is spacious and well-equipped. The host turned out to be an extremely helpful and patient person. There is a lift, so no carrying heavy luggage up the stairs. Plenty of parking space in the street (at least off-season).

There is a restaurant on the ground level, directly below the balcony. It was a bit noisy at the weekend.

Beautiful view, spacious and clean flat with sunny terrace great for family holidays. Comfortable bedrooms with private toilets. New and well working air conditioning with heating. Lovely beach and neighbourhood. Great welcome and care by the host. I recommend IT with open heart.

Good location on outskirts of town yet meters from the beach. Cafe and restaurants open nearby even out of season. Apartment was great, only exceeded by the helpfulness of the owner who sorted some locations and info for our trips out.
