Sehr zentral gelegen, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Metro wirklich nah, einfacher 24h Check In

Die Wohnung ist schon abgewohnt, die Lüftung / Klima war okay aber die Luft im Bad war nicht super; ein kleiner Tisch war etwas kaputt Dafür dass die Wohnung so klein ist, war sie ziemlich vollgestellt und man musste ständig Möbelstücke herumräumen. Für 2 Personen und eine Woche in der man auch arbeiten muss und mehr Zeit in der Wohnung verbringt nicht ideal und etwas überteuert, was aber auch am Halbmarathon Wochenende liegen kann

Die Lage ist super, gutes WLAN

Sehr einfache Ausstattung, im Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage und daher sehr stickig und warm. Das Bad ohne jegliche Belüftung. Das Sofa war recht unbequem. Wenig Steckdosen… die Reklamation das ein Esstisch Stuhl defekt war wurde nur zur Kenntnis genommen aber nicht repariert. Steckdose im Bad defekt. Im Allgemeinen nicht gemütlich.

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű. Két ember számára kényelmes méretű apartman. Belvároshoz képest meglepően csendes. A portán lévő személyzet kedves volt.

A csapok vízkövessége miatti gyenge vízfolyás. Kevés és gyenge minőségű WC papír. Az ajtózár nehézkesen nyílik.

La ubicación, supermercados, tiendas, portería 24h. La comunicación fue excelente y pudimos entrar antes, un gran gesto y amabilidad de su parte.

Creo que el apartamento tiene pequeños de detalles que se podrían mejorar con un buen mantenimiento, como la cerradura de la entrada. El aire acondicionado está en el salón y no llega a la habitación (en ella había un pequeño ventilador).

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro, zona tranquilla e ben servita.

L'assenza di una ventola in bagno, visto che non ci sono finestre una ventola è necessaria. L'arredo andrebbe un po' ammodernato, ma c'era tutto il necessario.

La clim ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, ce qui rend les nuits très compliquées.

La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Valencia y con buena conexión en transporte publico.

El check out es a las 11 am, si deseas ampliar esta hora el coste es de 50€, prácticamente asimilable al precio por noche del alojamiento. A las 11:05 habíamos abandonado el apartamento y recibí una llamada indicándome que lo abandonara cuando ya estábamos fuera. Me parece bastante abusivo, teniendo en cuenta que el check in es 4 horas mas tarde.

Easy access and great communication with the host, perfect location & very convenient price.

There was smell inside the building in general and that was also present in the bathroom inside the apartment, however, whenever we left the apartment we kept all the doors closed so it was managable :)

There is no better location for booking an acommodation than this one! This apartment is spacious and has everything for comfort stay. The hosts are very kind and reply fastly. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone.
