"E o cazare decenta cu un scor corect între 7 si 8 maxim."

Aspectele pozitive sunt :comunicarea bună cu gazda, locația destul de aproape de Centru, loc de parcare, mici chestii gen cafea, bomboane, apa in frigider

Ar trebui specificat clar ca apartamentul e la demisol, ferestrele sunt la nivelul trotuarului cu vedere la un zid, peretii nu sunt antifonati se aud fel si fel de zgomote de la vecini, la baie panta la dus e data invers spre camera nu spre scurgere.
