The Bay Studio 1

Spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. Left the car on arrival and didn't use it again until departure. Fantastic location, great beaches and even an all year round dog friendly one.

Location was perfect for our stay. I'd booked for 2 people 2 beds the host brought a mattress for the sofa bed as they assumed we were a couple

The shower was either boiling or freezing temperatures could not be regulated (I have same model at home so there was no confusion) two women on a girls weekend we needed to be able to shower, obviously this had been a problem as they had laminated instructions

Very professional host, beautifully clean studio, perfect location, highly recommended!

The Bay Studio 1 was very clean, very well equipped and was in a excellent location. Dog friendly and off street parking. Everything you need for the perfect break. We enjoyed our stay.

Superb location, excellent facilities in the property and Lee who runs it couldn’t be more accommodating, this is now our third stay at the property, totally recommend

Nothing everything was just perfect

Very clean and a ideal location for us, quiet back road near sea. Nice room with plenty of space. I think you should have said it had a fridge not sure it had till we got there ( built in ) so not obviouse.

Would have loved another chair either to sit at desk to eat breakfast together or a breakfast stool only one of each there. I like a hot milk drink at night , usually warm up in microwave. Microwave fine but mugs had gold paint on so not suitable for microwave. Instructions for TV would have been useful. Otherwise very good.
