We loved everythink about the apartment the location was perfect everythink right on the door step of the apartment really nothink more then a 10 min walk

Being above a pub meant it was VERY noisy until the early hours and then they were recycling glass bottles at sparrow fart!

Don't be fooled by the two fake positive reviews. I have been a user of booking.com for more than 10 years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Cigarette Smell: The apartment had an overpowering cigarette smell, making it impossible to breathe comfortably. Even though there is a sign in the apartment about not smoking. Noise Levels: The noise from the street was excessive, preventing us from getting any rest during the night. Missing Duvet Cover: One of the children did not have a duvet cover. Despite being asked to search for it repeatedly, it was not in the apartment:The housekeeper entered the apartment with shoes on, searching for the missing duvet cover, only to confirm it was not there. We were then still instructed to look for it by the owner, causing unnecessary stress and wasting our time. No Toiletries: There was no toilet paper upon arrival, which added to the inconvenience. Unprofessional Communication: For half of the day, we had to engage in back-and-forth communication with the owner about the duvet cover and were offered an alternative accommodation at an additional £100—despite not sleeping at all the previous night. This situation caused immense stress for our family, especially with children involved, turning what should have been a relaxing holiday into a nightmare. We are shocked by this experience and deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability shown. As a loyal Booking.com user for over ten years, this is the first time I have encountered such a level of mismanagement and disregard for customer satisfaction.
