ESLa ubicación y las vistas eran excelentes. La comunicación con el propietario.
Había muchísimas cucarachas, era horrible. Sacamos los platos para comer y estaban llenos de tomate de los huéspedes anteriores. La tapa del retrete rota. Varias baldosas rotas. La lavadora no lavaba correctamente tampoco. Tuvimos que desatascar el baño.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente ,apenas enfriaba ,la lavadora es de hace por lo menos 50 años es súper antigua y cuando la puse empezó a dar saltos y tuve que apagarla del ruido que hacía ,el sofá cama deberían de cambiarlo tiene unos hierros que se te clavan al abrirlo para descansar y el baño tenía l tapa del wC partida y si te sientas te da pellizcos ,necesita realmente que sean más cuidadosos porque es muy buen hotel pero no quieren invertir nada ,la tv igual muy antigua y mal ubicada y ni siquiera el mando de la tv en su lugar lo encontramos dentro del sofá .

I note down the things that reduce a potential 9 into a 5: - they forgot about our check-in and we have to wait until 17:30 to check-in (even though I wrote on booking the day before). - Coffee machine was broken (I had to contact to get a new one), - The TV was not working as the plug in the wall was broken (when I saw the problem on the evening I had to buy myself an extension cord to get electricity to the TV - they did reimbursed me) - the WC was broken - the tiles in the room were broken near to the sofa.

Bathroom sink clogged, plumber didn’t fix but we did. AC leaked water so it couldn’t be used. Tiles in floor broken. Noise from neighbouring building AC droned all day. Clothes line broken. One cupboard door jammed so hard to open. No mop just a handle. Communication to access apartment and get Wifi codes very difficult due to the people having no English. Balcony door difficult to open and close. Refrigerator hadn’t been defrosted for months so we couldn’t use the freezer.
