Sea & Golf Views 2BR Villa with Free Beach & Pool Access

We had an amazing 3-night stay at this beautiful villa. The unit itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything our family needed. The south-facing views over the golf course and the sea were absolutely stunning, Seba beach was phenomenal—perfect, soft sand and calm, shallow waters that were incredibly safe for our young son to splash in. The property management team was a standout; they were highly professional, well-organized, super reachable, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Having free beach and pool access made the vacation seamless. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free stay in Soma Bay!

It’s size and location

Sofa did not match the photos, it was a bit too small

2 bed rooms, 2 bathroom and 3 toilettes. Great! Large Terrasse with 180 degrees Sea View really wonderful. Loftstyle of house: 5 Stars 🤩 , big living room with inclusive dishwasher very helpful and much appreciated.

Cold water in the Kitchen and in the Toilette Close to the Kitchen. I have 3 Little dogs. I had to clean the Stone floor with Cold water !!! For me as German Lady 60 years old this is Not acceptable and does Not Cover at all my needs for a clean comfortable stay! Last but not least no international Television although it was described before in the Booking.com overview. So due to these points and will either ask for a refund: give me Money back for 1 Night at least ( Regretfully I have payed already with Credit Card) or let me alternatively stay 1 Night longer until I have Found another Appartment Close to the Sea, with diswasher , washing Machine and pay TV Television until I have the confirmation of another Appartment from Stayr.

Very nice, quaint high scale area. Excellent sea views from patio. Clean and modernized location . Very well responsive hosts.

Master room bathroom door handle was broken and really made annoing sounds every time we used the bathroom , Although I had an issue with the heated water but the team fixed it immediately and offered me extra night stay which were very generous offer from their side.

Amazing location, amazing view, very nice welcome.I would definitely go back. Car park available just behind the house.

The house could have been maintained a little bit better. Tends in the living room are quite old and with some holes, sofa is not very new. Nothing major, just little things that could be improved in an amazing house like that one.

no it sucks

Services are not provided,we cannot find the address until midnight,no one help us. No restaurant no food or anything else. No swimming pool.🙈
