Quite a small kitchen, food prep area.

It’s a really well thought out holiday rental. Nicely furnished and well equipped and a fantastic location for the beach and walking distance to the shops, pub etc. we’d definitely book and stay here again.

If you like very firm pillows you’ll be fine. I read the other reviews and forgot to bring my own…I won’t forget next time as they were too firm for me.

The location was perfect beimng very close to the main entrance to Camber Sands, close to Rye and other nearby places to visit. Space to park two cars as parking nearby was very expensive. The DVD cinema room was great especially for those wintery or rainy days when you maybe stuck indoors. The three rooms (two doubles & a twin) were on three floors but all extrmely comfortabble and roomy.

Had to be careful about the hot water being available for everyone to shower as it only coped with four people to shower before running out so need to spread the showering over mornings and evenings.

The house was lovely and clean, great location and good communication.
