Guests are kindly requested not to leave their pet (puppy) unattended in the apartment for long periods of time during which it may show signs of separation anxiety (e.g. barking, scratching at the door). Before going on holiday together, please check that your pet can be left alone in a strange place. Please do not let your pet onto the beds or furniture in the apartment under any circumstances! Please give your pet the opportunity to do their chores outside the building! The property yard is not allowed for pet health walks. If your pet leaves droppings on the premises, please clean them up immediately. The pet owner should always bring valid vaccination documents and passport (for foreign guests). We can accommodate pets up to 5 kg.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
