地理位置佳，在延南洞很方便，超商餐廳與逛街店家都有。 房間整潔舒適，房東親切且溝通即時，有任何問題皆會盡快回覆，入住前也提供詳細入住資訊與住宿位置照片，很快就找到住宿。

1.要自行購買垃圾袋，在超商購買10L20個₩5000，但實際上根本用不到那麼多，另外衛生紙希望可以提供多一點以備不時之需 2.住宿期間房間密碼鎖有被人打開過但未進入房間內，當下立刻與房東反應並請房東確認監視器，但並未看到可疑人士進出，無任何財務損失
