Attentive hosts, clear instructions. Free Parking for up to 2 cars literally in front of the house. Clean condition. Host was very nice and provided a first-time visitor 4 day agenda fir sightseeing in Houston and a list of restaurant's. Very quiet area, no major highways around. No issues with A/C. Wi-fi was fas and stable - 45 gb /sec upload and about 75 gb/sec download. Bed mattress was pretty firm. But comfortable. Pillow were pretty comfortable as well.

Slightly old renovation, but nicely maintained.

Extra bathroom would have been great but good for families on vacation.

It was a great location, close to alot of places that we like to go. I loved that we were able to rent at the last minute and the owner kept up to make sure everything was fine with the property. Definitely going to rent again in the near future.

Great location, and a good size

A little bit dated with the shower and how noisy it is to walk around in the floors and squeaky doors. This was only because we have a 6 month old we were trying to get to sleep. The fans didn't work either but they may just need new batteries or to be programmed. The door to get in to our unit was awkward with big baggage as well.
