2 Orchard Farm Cottages, Sleeps 10, Large Garden

Beautiful inside, marble floors and massive kitchen. Underfloor heating, very comfortable beds. Bedrooms set beautifully. Sare loo rolls. Owners/managers very accommodating and helpful. The size was perfect for our early family Xmas of six and two babies.

Sofas in lounge area very uncomfortable. Heating instructions unclear..we boiled or froze! Kitchen layout, kettle no where near toaster. Cuttellery is hidden inside a hidden drawer beneath the oven. Only 4 people can sit comfortably at the massive kitchen table. Not enough cooking stuff...needs more baking trays or oven dishes to feed the ten people it hosts. For a white house, there needs to be more thorough cleaning, cobwebby dust near down stairs loo, graffiti on the outside wall, scrape marks on the wall to loft bedroom, Paint chipped over lounge door and a yellow man on the kitchen ceiling! Things you notice in an all white space. I also got two chips in my car windscreen from the gravel path!.

It was lovely and spacious. Super modern.

The bathrooms were dirty, with spiders and webs all over, and the plug hole to the middle bathroom was blocked full of hair. We were able to put the underfloor heating on but not the radiators so was very chilly in the bedrooms.
