La posizione della struttura e la pulizia. La presenza di ciabattine monouso e kit per pulizia denti. Le info per check inn e check out molto dettagliate comprese le norme di comportamento in struttura.

Stanza per disabili non menzionata nella prenotazione. Il bagno privo di sapone mani, solo bustine per doccia shampoo. Colazione priva di salato e cornetti non freschi. Molti i prodotti per la colazione di supermercato.

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti da corso mazzini. Stanza pulita e grande.

Lo staff è inesistente e poco disponibile. La colazione è stata servita in ritardo rispetto all'orario previsto. Colazione con prodotti non di grande qualità. La porta della nostra stanza faceva molto rumore e resistenza all'apertura. Di contro la serratura non era affatto sicura. Lo scarico del lavandino era completamente otturato. Di "luxury" non c'era davvero nulla.

Il profumo di pulito quando siamo entrati. La pulizia, le pantofole monouso, lo spazzolino da denti con dentifricio, l'acqua a disposizione.

Il materasso un po troppo morbido.
