We had a very pleasant stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful—he greeted us personally, calmly explained everything, helped us figure out the door code, and even drove my husband to the parking garage, which was a huge convenience. The parking itself was excellent—a multi-storey, secure facility with card access, giving us peace of mind about the car throughout our stay. He also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and showed us how to easily reach the city center. He was genuinely warm, helpful, and a really friendly and charming guy who made us feel welcome right from the start. The apartment was very spacious, bright, and clean, with useful amenities like strong internet, air conditioning, and everything needed for a comfortable short stay. The location was also fantastic—close to the city center and main sights.

The check-in process required us to complete a form that involved taking photos of all our personal IDs, including our children’s, as well as photos of us holding the documents. This felt excessive and intrusive, especially in the context of GDPR regulations. It was unclear whether this is required by local authorities, but such data collection felt more like being processed at a police station than checking into a holiday rental. We had already prepaid and accepted the risk, but it's something future guests should be aware of.

Nice and spacious apartment. Relatively close to the city centre. Free parking. Very good internet service. Friendly host, who responds quickly.

The welcome of the host was excellent. Available and helpful. The apartment was impeccable and well decorated.

A lounge or a sitting area would have been ideal for us to relax.

Spacious apartment in a nice location in Bari, with good restaurant choices close by. Our flight was late in so we arrived to the property later than planned, but host Giacomo was still available to meet us. He was very helpful, showing us the free secure parking and giving great recommendations for food and shops in the area.

The old town of Bari is reached via a tunnel under the railway lines, so travelling there at night would probably be best by taxi.

When making the reservation, I did not see the information on which floor the accommodation is. I started with the elevator on the 4th floor and the accommodation is on the 1st floor.
