Idéalement placé , restaurants et bars à proximité. Nous avons tout fait à pied depuis ce logement (thermes, Chateau, parlement....)
je ne dirai pas , pas apprécié mais moins apprécié est le contact avec le propriétaire qui doit plutot etre une agence car c' était " des formules toute faites type réponse automatique " , rien de personnalisé mais pas de problème pour autant;

Квартира просторная, чистая и светлая. Отличное местоположение, тихо и близко до всего. Достаточно удобное получение ключей. Дала бы с удовольствием 10 если бы не проблема ниже.
Как уже упоминалось в других отзывав - слив в душе в левой ванной не работает. Обращались к хозяину - починили проблему на третий день. Это конечно супер не комфортно, потому что мы брали квартиру на две семьи и одно из наших требований было два полноценных санузла. Даже три дня мыться вшестером в одном душе неприятно.
