The stairs! We did not expect 7 flights of stairs but luckily we were fit enough to be able to climb these. Thankfully, the host was also nice enough to assist with my massive lugagage

It is not very clearly stated in the ad that the apartment does not have a kitchen and that it is not a whole apartment, but a room next to the owner. This did not bother me because she is very delicate, but I would still like it to be written directly in the ad. But you just need to read all the reviews to understand the whole picture. There is no elevator, but the owner was very helpful with the suitcase, thank you very much.
GBThe host was excellent. M was very kind when one of our party was unwell. The flat was bright comfortable and clean. We were there for two weeks and clean linen and towels were provided on request. The bedroom and living room were spacious and there was lots of places close buy to satisfy our food needs. A kettle, plates and cutlery were provided along with a small fridge to keep water and snacks.

FIThe apartment was very beautiful and clean! Also, the location is wonderful! Also, the lady renting the apartment was super nice and helpful.
Only downside with this apartment was that there is quite noisy at some nights because it is situated near the bars. But this didn't bother us much!
IEImmaculately clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows with a well air conditioned room. The room is a big size which is great for space. I cannot thank the host enough, I left my necklace behind and it was sentimental to me. She messaged me to let me know I left it behind and she was willing to post it to me or offered me to collect it. I was able to come back to Palermo to collect it on my trip, and she still offered to walk 15 minutes to the train station to give it to me. Which I thought was super kind. I cannot believe how lucky I am that I left my necklace here instead of another hotel I would have never seen it again. Thank you so much for your kindness as it means a lot to me and your flexibility and commitment to your guests and their experience was fantastic. Thank you dearly.
