a spacious apartment big enough for a large group/family, recently renovated and under continuous improvement by the host, true to its description here, residing in a typical residential building. extra clean, good heating, perfect even for a very longer stay due to featuring a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, a big TV and a fast internet connection. great communication with the host, free parking available, bunch of restaurants and shops 10min walk distance... nothing essential missing; but do keep in mind that the kitchen begs to be used and you may end behaving like if you were at home. :) all in all, for an apartment rented from a private host, this is a wonderful experience that deserves repetition.

it definitely was not an issue for our stay, but it makes me wonder how the apartment feels during summer, due to absence of an air conditioner. that's probably a next step on host's improvement plans, if at all required. on the other hand, all windows feature mosquito nets, so maybe that suffices.
