The apartment is spacious

This building is located at a very busy intersection and there is a lot of traffic noise. Noise carries throughout the building - you will hear guests in the adjacent apartment and from the floor above.

I feel bad for leaving a less than positive review because the host was very very friendly and accommodating. The appartment itself is okay and has all necessities.

The huge downside is the location. We didn't realize how busy the road would be where it is located. Walking to the appartment feels like risking your life, and there was A LOT of traffic noise and stench both day and night. This made opening the windows near impossible, although the windows didn't block much of the noise. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin and we had lots of noise from the neighbours too. We were quite disappointed. If you are used to lots of traffic and noise this appartment is probably a good option, but we didn't feel at peace there.

The location and the view as well as the size and price for my family.

Parking was difficult

Very nice apartment in Sorrento. About 10/15 minutes walk from the train station and central Sorrento. Very spacious apartment. Very much appreciated the apartment upgrade. Friendly host. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not be put off by the narrowish road up to the apartment from the town centre / train station (all roads are like this in Sorrento).

Walking distance to rail station, convenient to take the bus to Amalfi Coast, everything was perfect.

The location is good, it's very close to the center for Sorrento, but no directly in the middle. Definitely walking distance to the center. The apartment is big and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped which helps when you travel with kids and don't want to spend all your day at restaurants, there's a grocery store right nearby. There's a laundry machine, which was useful.

The apartment is renovated in an old building which requires to keep quite because the walls/floors are thin. It's not a big deal, but it's good to know. The water flow in the shower could be a little stronger (water was warm, no problem there). It's a little uphill from the center, so if you have trouble walking that's something to think about (didn't bother me).

- The host was waiting for us by the time of our arrival - The apartment was clean, knit and very well equipped - He provided useful information of nearby places to make groceries, dine and visit - He was also always available to text him for questions or ask for recommendations - The property is at a reasonable walking distance to the train and bus station, the touristic areas of the city but still not in a crowded or noisy area - Lots of natural light and ventilation

- The futon mattress is not the most comfortable, but is ok
