Radiant Unit with parking and pool - M26

The location is excellent; literally a few steps from the beach and boardwalk. Very safe location. The property provides safety with gates requiring a combination to access it. The room was clean, renovated, and comfortable. The pool area is very nice.

Instructions to access and/or leave your rental unit could be clearer. There's a specific way to access it therefore if no one is around to show you, it's not readily obvious. The kitchen could be equipped with either a dishcloth or a roll of paper towels as this counts as a bare minimum. The pillows are too thin; could invest in plushier ones. Although the apartment is renovated, unfortunately, the bathtub is very old. It remains the only item to update in the room. One downside, which I'm sure does not happen regularly - at 4:00 a.m.there was a brawl between a couple in the unit above us. It seemed like furniture, chairs, or what, were being kicked around, they were screaming, arguing, and the woman was crying, etc. At that moment, we didn't feel safe and were worried for our safety as the situation escalated.
