Very clean and spacious! If there is an issue staff is quick to reply!

Nothing everything was good.

The apartment was clean and furnished well, with all the needed amenities and we appreciated the chance to do our laundry also (with detergent provided). It is well located close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance or a short bus ride to the Peace memorial park. The apartment is a 20 minute bus journey from the station or short taxi ride for about 1000 yen. After staying in more compact hotel rooms in other Japanese cities, we appreciated the ample space in the apartment (we were only two people). The check-in process was relatively smooth with prompt responses on Booking.com by the owner. We were also able to leave our luggage outside the apartment before the check-in time.

If I’m being very fussy, the bed was too soft for me but it was a small point.

It was very clean and comfortable. We were able to drop off our bags before check-in and even when we has trouble opening the lock the staff immediately answered the phone and helped us. Location was perfect! Everything about this stay was perfect, they even had an elevator!

The most spacious of all our hotels. The beds were big and comfortable, so was the washroom. It was a nice studio apartment. The modern look is very nice as well. The kitchen is well equipped. There was an umbrella provided which was very useful because I forgot mine back home.

They gave us the wrong code to check in. However we were able to send a message and got an answer right away but still it was a little worrisome to not be able to go see a clerk at the entrance like you normally would. . Japanese dryers don't really dry but it is listed that the appartment has a dryer but you have to hang your clothes on the clothes line. It would have been nice to have clothes pins and a drying rack.
