This security team at the building were great.Very helpful and friendly.

The check in process. When we arrived I had received no QR code to get checked in. The security called Kudzai to try get it sorted. She then told me that I couldn't check in at 2pm even though I had called the number provided on the booking confirmation to arrange a early arrival, which had been approved. I then had to resend my passport details to her after I sent them the Monday before. It was just completely disorganized for our arrival. When we got back to the apartment that evening. There was load shedding and there was literally one light on for the whole apartment. There was no spare lighting to use for the bathroom that is completely dark if you need to close the door. There was no bath mat for the shower and it says there is a dishwasher but there isn't. There was also only one elevator working for the whole building, the other out of service. Which meant that you would have to wait a while for the lift and by the time it got to the 9th floor it was already full.
