Front door key lock didn't work properly, whirlpool in master bathroom didn't hold water, broken seal, hot water just dripped. It was advertised as a heated pool. It was ice cold, Then we received an email the last day, that if we wanted to heat the pool, it would be an extra charge. It should have had this information included in the initial ad. Also we didn't know about maintenance people just showing up without us knowing about it, until the email we received on the last day. Overall it was a nice place, but needs better communication.
