"Clean and as described but more attention to detail would have made all the difference."

Clean, comfy beds, good location. Check in and access was smooth.

Needed more tea towels and more towels per person. Little touches like kitchen roll, a battery in the clock, a cafetière / coffee machine, dishwashing tablets would have made it much more welcoming.

"It did the job! Comfy, clean, good tv with Netflix. Would've liked it warmer & a bit closer to town"

The beds were comfy, it seemed secure, it was clean and everything was provided like soap etc

It was freezing cold. The heating hadn't been on so it took a while to warm up. In December, it could've done with being heated up prior to our arrival. The corridors were very long so even when the heaters had been on, they were still cold. This property would benefit from central heating that could be controlled by the owners if they were out of of town so it could be put on before customers arrive. It was a little out of town but not too far.

Location great and clean apartment

It was very cold - when I asked a extra heater was bought but the radiator in back bathroom broke so cold and living room radiator broke
