Everything was great. Entering the apartment independently was easy. It was fantastic that we had the possibility to park. The accommodation was nice, spacious, and very clean. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly.

The apartment was very clean, super equipped. The bed was comfortable and very soft. Pleasant smell. Privat parking, very safe. The area is quiet but everything is available.

"That's the place!"

If you're looking for a very clean and new place, that's the place you're looking for! I stayed here for 3 days and I can't find something that I don't like. The apartment has everything you need including dish washer, iron or air conditioning. The location, wich is much bigger that you imagine and easy check-in procedure along side the kindness of the hosts make you feel like home. If you're traveling in Erba area make sure you don't miss this place!

We booked here for two nights to visit the different towns/villiages of Lake Como. Was in the ideal place as it was not far from each town eg Como was about 20-30mins drive, Bellagio 40 mins drive, Lecco 20mins drive. The place was clean and secure and we were given clear instructions how to access the flat. We asked for a late check out and we were given an extra couple of hours. Federico also gave us recommendations of the area. I highly recommend this if you have a car and want to visit the area and Lake Como.

Was perfect. There was no iron/ironing board. We requested and they would have got us it however we were only there for couple of days. Other than than, no issues at all!
