Die Wohnung liegt zentral genug aber doch ruhig, direkt gegenüber ist ein schöner Spielplatz und man läuft nur 5-10 Minuten zu diversen Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt und auch ein kurzfristiger Late-Checkout war möglich. Danke!

Die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und sehr gute persönliche Wohnungsübergabe mit vielen Tipps zu Budapest, große Erleichterung durch Wasch- und Spülmaschine, erste Fewo mit scharfen Messern, sehr gute Lage in sehr ruhigem Haus und ruhigem Viertel, schöner Ausblick ins Grüne von zwei Seiten, Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Spar), ebenso Strassenbahnen und Busse, Klimaanlage und einige deutsche Fernsehprogramme, Verdunkelung möglich da überall Rollläden ( wir hatten große Hitze), 2 Hausschlüssel für uns, Michael war immer sofort erreichbar bei Fragen

Doppelte Anzahl an Geschirr und Besteck wäre sinnvoll für die große Spülmaschine

Communication with host Michael was prompt and clear, the property was easy to find and access and is situated in a good location. The area is quiet but close to supermarkets, restaurants and other stores and only a few blocks walk to the trams and metro that take you anywhere you want to go. The apartment is furnished and decorated with care to maximise comfort for guests. Michael sent us information & tips about what to see and do in Budapest and we really appreciated the effort he made to help us make the most of our time in this beautiful city. We would recommend this place as a great stay option.

Functionally & hygienically the toilet was perfect, but the actual room is very small, and I felt a little claustrophobic with the door closed.

Great location for families. Easy access to all parts of the city through public transport that is quite close by. Groceries & lots of restaurants nearby. The host Michael is fantastic. He shared a lot of tips on things to do, places to visit.

The building and the apartment layout are a bit dated. It is all quite functional however, so not much of an issue.

We liked everything! I don't know how the host didn't get more visitors! A great, quiet location with everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine, books, toys for small children, coffee machine and even Red Bull in the fridge. The host thinks of the details and the host... I wish every host was like this - very helpful, informative, responds to messages in seconds, suggests things to do in Budapest. We were there in the summer and when we arrived at the apartment the air conditioning was running so it was very pleasant to arrive to a clean, nice smelling, cool apartment.
