"Not worth it for the price... just a good location. Nothing else"

The location is great, is in Davenport near to Championsgate, and about 30min from Disney

The cleanliness of the house was very poor, the silverware was not well washed, as were the drawers where the kitchen utensils are stored. The house is very old and very deteriorated, one of the stair railings broke when my children were going up. The refrigerator does not make ice or water.
