The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Didn't have issues when we got from the even late at night to get inside the premises

It wasn't clean. There was just dust everywhere, also in the shower it looked like someone was shaving and left it like that. There was just hair all over

Great staff, good spacious rooms, they were quite reasonable in offering refund when I arrived and there was power outage in the whole area but power was restored and I had a great stay.

The friendliness of the owner and the fact that he went out of his way to drive us to Wild Waters was just heart-warming.

There was loadshedding, but again the owner made sure we we're aware and organized other means to make our stay comfortable

The room was clean and beds were comfortable, the desk lady and landlord were friendly

I didn’t like that there was no 2 point plugs in the whole apartment so I couldn’t charge my phone :( and it was impossible to get a hold of the landlord or receptionist. We were meant to check out at 10 but I was parked in by someone and could not get any help, not to mention another car came to double block me in and those people couldn’t get a hold of the land lord either. I thought it was unacceptable, I even pressed the panic button in my room and no one came. We luckily made a plan to get out but that was not a good experience for me.

For me, solo travel and a quick find to sleep for the evening, it is good. Price was good for the single night.

Although in the app it shows Airport Shuttle service available. Yes it is true, however that is a seperate and an additional charge to the room. Be prepaired to have cash ready for this service - per trip.

The location works well for us as we are close to the airport and our kids.

We couldn't find the remote for the aircon to see if we could use it on heater setting as it was cold in Joburg during our stay.
