It was very clean, Nico was welcoming and it was peaceful.

No intercom and when you phone the line is busy so we waited on the road until we banged on the gate to get attention. Coffee cups would be nice.

"December 2024 stay at Up 21"

The room was clean. The bed is really comfortable. The TV has Netflix and Youtube. The room has free wifi. The area is really quiet and safe.

Tha description says that the room offers aircon, but it does not mention that you have to pay R100.00 a day extra to use the aircon. I do not mind to pay, but it would have been nice if this was in the description. When we arrived at this destination,the room was extremely hot and I noticed that there was no remote for the aircon. When I enquired about this,I was informed that I only paid for the room,not for the aircon.Be sure to bring your own water. There is none in the bar fridge. 2 Sachets of coffee are offered. Thats it. No sugar sachets,nothing. Also,the description says there is a minibar in the room. That is inaccurate. It is merely a bar fridge.
