the room was huge and well designed, bath and kitchen was attached inside the room. very clean. and stuffed with all toiletries. we did not agreed breakfast, but the staff give free breakfast as complimentory to our room.

Hotels outdoor look was shocking. as doesnt look luxary from outside. but the time you get inside the hotel. the game change and you do feel updated hotel. great interior. its bit 20min far by car from AlUla torist places. but since we have car. i doesnt bother.

The rooms were huge, it was like a suite not a normal bedroom

It was a bit far from downtown Alula

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast after we told them what we wanted a night before otherwise they give you a lot of stuff you may not like and it gets wasted.

We originally booked the villa which had a few shortcomings. For example the showers were not separate to the toilets which made the bathroom messy. The kitchen of the villa did not look clean and did not have any utensils. However, the staff were very helpful and moved us to the hotel which was excellent.

التعامل راقي جدا ً وخاصة من اخوى احمد البلوي واخوى ابوخالد أنا ذكرت اخوى لانهم فعلاً يستحقون ذلك لان فعلاً لقيت كل الترحيب والاستقبال الرائع قدموا كل شي حتى الضيافه واكرمونا الله يكرمهم وانشاءالله لي رجعه والسكن في نفس الفندق.
