Hi, They have cancelled my booking when I arrived at hotel, I have to struggle a lot for cab and paid lots of money in cab fair from airport to hotel and to another hotel....

"Poor experience."

Room was okay and clean.

Bad organization. They didn't have one room we booked. Our friend also was left without room and sent to other hotel with lower rate. Smoking in rooms is alowed, they didn't bring breakfast on time and at all for two days.

"Could be accectable if I didn't pay for breakfast"

Cleanliness Location relatively near my point of interest (factory)

Nobody speaks English The breakfast too late. Before 8:00 a.m. only room service was available, and that was not a breakfast. The second morning I had no breakfast because I had to leave at 8 a.m. There was no signal for TV. The second evening this was fixed, but only Turkish programs available.

"The room was unbreathable ."

The property is very bad, and the air conditioner wasn’t working and they kept saying they will fix but they didn’t fix it.
