No breakfast was offered

It was noisy, we tried to run the a/c fan for “white noise “ but it didn’t work. The pool was closed. There was no ice available. The shower overflowed and soaked the floor, very dangerous! There was no place to set soap, shampoo, etc. the door and baseboard looked rotten. Motel 6 is supposed to be friendly, no one at the desk, had to check in with a computer screen. The place was hard to find, communicating with staff was difficult. I complained at checkout and I was told that I could have a discount on my next visit, I don’t plan to visit there again EVER! I wanted at least a partial refund. I am very disappointed with Motel 6.

The other guests were very noisy. There was dogs barking all night and slamming doors all night and my mother didn’t get any sleep.

Clean and bed was organize bathroom nice and clean

I was placed in a basement room. as a solo traveler, the window being at ground level made me feel unsafe. There was a lady in a monitor that I check in with. She didn’t tell me how to get to my room, and told me I couldn’t have any guests!? The room was dirty, slamming doors all around me, and loud upstairs tenants. It was completely horrible

No ice . No water .

People arguing and fighting in hallway.
