Adequate necessities

Staff did Not communicate with the different shifts about multiple late check out request.

The TV in my room was not working and I was settles in and they wanted me to change my room and that was not a option for me, so at least they could have offer $10 or $15 off my stay

The only thing to like about this place was the location.

My visit to this place was a disaster. I have stayed at numerous Motel 6 locations and have come to expect decently clean, maintained, and run facilitities. This place was anything but that. 1. When I arrived, there was sign that they accepted cash only. 2. The check-in was done via a video call system with someone with a heavy foreign accent that was difficult to understand. It took much longer to check-in using this system. Why they chose to use this when there was a person at the front desk is beyond me. 3. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor in back. There was no parking on the front and sides of the building, only in back, but no access to the back rooms from the back. 4. The elevators that would give you access to the rooms in back, were out of order, which meant that you had to walk a very long distance from the back parking to the front of the building, then lug your suitcases up to the 3rd floor with no elevator, then walk again that very long distance to the back of the building in order to get to your room. The interior of the building is dimly lit and with old carpeting. Everything is old. 5. Once I had made one trip lugging some of my baggage to the room I realized just how much of a hassle it would be to bring the rest of the luggage up........and then have to do the same the next morning. 6. I then asked the person at the front desk for a better room. They offered me a room on the first floor, but also in back. I declined to accept that room, told them to keep my money and left. I ended up driving to Janesville Wisconsin and spent the night there at a nice Motel 6.

Not too much. The floors were relatively clean when we walked in. Remote worker was fairly friendly.

The whole place felt sketchy. There was no one on staff and we were checked in via a console and a remote worker. The shower sprayed out onto the door and dripped into the living room. One child woke up with bumps or a rash on his legs.

Nothing no ice no elevator hotel smell like your staff. Everybody doesn't want to smell that

Elevators were broke, swimming pool closed, bathtub backed up with a ton of scum when you turned the water on all this floating gunk came up and out!!! They said they would send someone to fix, never did!! Wasn’t a physical person there had to do everything through a kiosk and you can not understand them!!! DO NOT go there!

The noises people's bump and stomp all night
