La particolarità della casa, la sua posizione comoda, la gentilezza dell’host

La zona in cui è ubicato l'alloggio è comodissima per arrivare in tutti i punti strategici con massimo 10 minuti di camminata. Il condominio è storico, ben tenuto ed ha un fascino d'altri tempi. L'appartamento è molto grande con spazi perfetti da vivere sia in due che in 6 (il massimo dei posti letto). I letti sono comodi ed abbiamo dormito tutti e tre benissimo, assicurandoci il riposo dopo una giornata a visitare.

L'unica pecca è stata non avere la televisione. Ho viaggiato con i miei genitori ultra settantenni e, dopo una giornata a camminare per vedere le meraviglie della città, un po' di intrattenimento la sera sarebbe stato perfetto. Ma in qualche modo ci siamo comunque aggiustati.

Endroit charmant et spacieux. Bien situé : près du centre. Je recommande !

Be aware that living room space is limited, with only two chairs (as shown in pictures). We chatted around the kitchen table or on the couches in the main bedrooms.

Location was ok

old and unusable apartment: humid blankets, mold in shower and not enough room to use the hose made it impossible to take a the shower. Non-reflective mirrors because they were too old. Broken toilet paper holder. Frames on top of the main bed were thick, had dust and were placed in danger to fall on one's head. Electricity sockets blocked by beds. Noise everywhere, from the street and from other rooms. Entrance to the private parking was so narrow that we had to remove the car mirrors to fit.

It is close to the historical center of Mantova. A parking facility was available but we did not use it because I was driving a Minivan. However a public parking is at 50 meters from the apartment. it is spacious and comfortable. The owner was super responsive to our questions and needs. The quality versus price is very good.

The bathrooms in this apartment are correct but a bit dated.

Fabulous central property, with lots of space, effective air conditioning, period decoration and an extremely helpful and friendly host. Private parking made everything so much easier.

I can’t really fault it. A washing machine and an iron might be a future addition for those on longer journeys but we didn’t need either.
