Location. Balconies. Beautiful pools. Clean grounds. Manager is a hard worker!

Grungy furniture. Very worn/uncomfortable mattresses and pillows.

elevator did not work. The personal upfront, who would not accommodate us  We’re actually very rude to us. They said, due to the fact that we went through booking.com there’s nothing that they could do for us. We are on the fourth floor with no elevator. Three elderly man real nice of them.
