Die Lage des Riads ist ideal, um die Medina zu entdecken und auch der Innenhof ist sehr schön!

Die Ausstattung in unserem Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber trotzdem noch schön gestaltet und eingerichtet.

Great location, large and very nice room with access to the pool, delicious breakfasts, and excellent staff - we were greeted upon arrival at the entrance to the Medina! Everything was great!

Good location,close to blue gate and all the good restaurants,very friendly people working there,perfect breakfast,huge and cosy rooms.

Le riad est très joli et bien localisé dans une ruelle au calme dans la médina. La chambre est grande et spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et bien servi. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Chaimaa et tout le personnel du riad. J'ai fait un hammam et massage vraiment très agréable dans le riad même.

The team of Riad Louna was excellent, Chaima y Fátima always ready to help, very kind and competent. The hammam and massage with Majda, Soaf and Wafal was great and the kitchen class with Fátima Chef and Chaima was an incredible experiencie that we Will never forget. Very very special place the Riad Louna and their team!! We are all very grateful for everything

Ottima posizione, riad molto carino. Abbiamo fatto upgrade di stanza perché la stanza basica era senza luce naturale, un po' claustrofobica per quanto avesse letto divanetti e bagno e accesso al terrazzo tramite scale. La stanza più grande invece era enorme! Unica pecca la doccia, oltre a non essere molto carina nel mezzo della doccia si è bloccato il flusso d'acqua per 5 minuti. Probabilmente tutti stavano facendo la doccia in quel momento perché al mio ragazzo un'ora dopo e ad entrambi la sera dopo ad un altro orario non è più successo. Buona la colazione! Chaimaa molto disponibile e gentile con noi!

Fatima Zahra was very helpful and nice. The men staff just sat around and did nothing. The breakfast was good.

The front courtyard was the only thing that was nice. The rooms and bathrooms very very rundown. Things were broken. The beds were not comfortable. The sheets in our room were nylon so it was not comfortable. My comforter had a wet stain on it , Fatima Zahra , did give me a new one but there should not be any stains on the bedding to begin with. Over all it needs updates in the rooms and bathrooms and cleaning was not done properly.

The breakfast was outstanding, food wise and warmth wise. The bedroom was big. The beds were comfortable. The shower gels were great. We loved the tea kettle.

The bathroom was damp and cold, as were new towels. Please change the garbage can.

Struttura molto bella nel cuore della Medina di Fes, molto comoda per gli spostamenti. Staff gentile e disponibile. Consigliata!
