NLAppartement was mooi en goed verzorgd
Onduidelijkheid over Parkeergarage. Moesten eerst naar appartement en toen konden toen pas parkeren. Bij vertrek moest garage afstandbedienig in appartement blijven en konden we dus de parkeergarage niet meer uit. Moesten eigenlijk 2,5 uur wachten totdat iemand kwam om poort te openen. Gelukkig gingen er mensen naar buiten en konden we dus vroeger vertrekken. Communicatie omtrent garage was dus hoogst teleurstellend.

No disponer de una atención personal presencial en caso de tener algún problema o imprevisto Además si la atención es telefónica , debería de poder poder se entendible entre el inquilino y la gestora , es decir hablar un idioma común
