Amazing Cottage & detached Annex sleeps 8, Extra Deep Hot tub, Super Fast wifi, New for 2024 is the addition of Wood Fired Sauna

Came here for my 30th birthday with another 6 family members. Had a phenomenal time. The cottage is so spacious and well equipped. Everything supplied you could possibly need. Sauna was fantastic , hot tub also. The separate annex is incredible I especially enjoyed having a coffee in the morning with the facilities all provided and watching some tv with the ceiling spotted lights. Allan was a fantastic host and kept in touch with all info we needed and supplied some coal for the 2nd lounge fire when we asked. The weather was pretty terrible both days we stayed but the cottage was so good it didn’t even matter. Would stay again! We didn’t bring the kids on this occasion but would also be fantastic for kids and in the summer with better weather the garden would be incredible for bbqs/games etc.

The open space living kitchen diner with huge windows the whole house is bright and comfortable ✨️ the hot tub is really good fun the weather on our break we could have been anywhere the views are lovely.

Genuinely struggling to think of something but when we visit next time I am taking my footstool.

The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil, pots and pans and crockery you could possibly need. There were essentials provided like tea, coffee,milk, oil etc which was handy. We stayed with 4 teenagers and found the property was easily big enough for everyone to have their own space. Plenty of tvs which meant there was no arguments over what we watched. The annex was lovely if you want a bit of privacy or quiet from the rest of the family. The owners were there if we needed anything but otherwise stayed out the way and left us to get on with it. The kids loved the hot tub and the wife loved the sauna. Location was perfect for mountain biking in the many forests close by and for exploring the coast which was a short drive. It would be a perfect location for a golf break with southerness very close by and not far from the Ayr coast.

What a beautiful place! We stayed here with our family aging from 2-79 and everyone was more than pleased with the place. Sadly the weather didn’t play up but that didn’t stop us enjoying the amenities. There is a lovely outdoor farm nearby (Ernespie Farm) with a huge soft play indoors & beautiful cafe. The place was cleaned to such a high standard & was just a joy to stay in. We will definitely be back & I have already recommended this place to all my friends! 🤣

This was our second trip to the cottage and we are definitely going to make it an annual trip going forward. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hot tub is excellent and the kitchen is fantastic! Never any fights for showers etc as there are plenty of options.

It was not the first time we spent a weekend in Brigston cottage. It’s the place difficult to leave. Everything was immaculate as a year ago. God bless the landlords of this house.
