I have booked an apartment for my husband. The apartment is probably a former office. There are two air conditioners: one in the living room and one in the room. When my husband arrived, it was very cold in the room. The owner of the apartment - Anna - said that the air conditioners were working, but unfortunately only the one in the living room was working. When I complained that it would be desirable to heat up the apartment at least an hour in advance, Anna said that it was not a hotel and she could not do that. The air conditioning in the room did not work, despite all the instructions on how to turn it on. Anna was outraged and insisted that all her previous clients had had it working. After a while, a man (a representative of the landlady) came and tried to turn on the air conditioning in the room, but to no avail. As it was very cold in the apartment (it was freezing outside), my husband decided to look for other apartments. Hanna refunded the full cost of renting the apartment.
