Dobra lokalizacja, dookoła cisza i spokój. Smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie, oferta zmienia się codziennie. Duży plus dla pokojówek, które perfekcyjnie sprzątają pokoje. Siłownia na miejscu, całkiem przyzwoicie wyposażona. Parking dostępny na miejscu i bezpłatny. Duży pokój ze sporym balkonem.

Animatorzy rzadko pojawiali się na basenie czy lobby, żeby informować np o jodze lub aerobiku. Teoretycznie są ekrany informacyjne ale położone w takim miejscu, że zauważyliśmy je dopiero pod koniec pobytu. Tak samo bardzo słabo byly zorganizowane wszelkie atrakcje wieczorne, mało ludzi (lub wcale) pojawiało się w klubie, brak zaangażowania ze strony personelu by zainteresować tym ludzi. Kończyło się, że artystom nie miał kto bić braw. Duży minus za pozwalanie na palenie papierosów na balkonach i we wszelkich strefach wspolnych, w tym w okolicach basenu 🤮 odbierało to przyjemność przebywania i na basenie i na balkonach. Wstęp do spa (basen sauna i jacuzzi) są dodatkowo płatne, wg mnie powinny być w cenie all inclusive (zabiegi na cialo twarz czy masaże powinny być platne).

Que en el paseo marítimo no hay luz por la noche pero no es culpa de ellos sino del ayuntamiento del pueblo ellos están canado de ponerle las quejas pero nada

El personal magnífico,estancia perfecta al detalle gracias a Natalia " la reala"y Carmen "gallega"en el bar piscina y Marta por las noches. Al personal de cocina por su atención a celiacos y a Carlos en recepción. Volveremos seguro!!

Ampliaría algunos platos del menú para celiacos en las comidas y el snack, que no hay nada.

Clean, activities and different pools (1 heated = very important in Easter). Free access to romantic session with 6 jacuzzi’s and sauna (must take).

Thin walls, sliding doors of poor quality and people partying in the hallway. Cold and often same food…(for example: the worst tortilla I have ever eaten in Spain or mixing fresh juice with artificial juice: why???) Huge parking but not allowed to use? Free cocktails of very poor quality…

Habitación grande y cómoda, comida excelente, piscina climatizada a 28 grados. Personal maravilloso, tanto en recepción, comedor, animación como en piscina. Fácil aparcamiento. A pie de playa.

Que llovió un par de días, que no es lo normal

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located in a, quiet area right by the ocean, which made our stay especially relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were particularly impressed by the desserts – the cakes were outstanding. The staff truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant team downstairs were incredibly friendly, always smiling and very attentive. The housekeeping staff were also very kind, and the rooms were kept spotless throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

I would also like to mention one point for improvement. Unfortunately, our experience at reception was not as positive. The staff member named Stephania came across as somewhat unfriendly and, at times, a bit abrupt in her communication with both me and my wife. Given that reception is the first point of contact for guests, a warmer and more welcoming approach would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
