Convenience of the location. I can go just a few blocks to the mall. Safe place to stay, cleanliness and I love my room has small kitchen and washing machine. I will still definitely come back to this location to stay.

Just some things that is broken already when I arrived like chairs, toilet seat, drawer handle. That I hope they fix before my arrival. The key was hard to get because the locker assigned had no key to access. The security guard helped to retrieve the key after a while. I felt that it was kind of an unnecessary delay in gaining access to the apartment because I was tired from traveling from long distances. I am thankful for the security guard's kind help in this matter.

Close to the two big malls and it is quiet especially at night.

Sometimes the fire alarm outside the unit goes on and we don’t know the reason.

Very convenient. Easily found

The location, room facilities, aircon, balcony, wifi, refrigerator, utensils, cookware, shower. The bed and pillows were comfy. The hotel lobby was neat.

The water in the water containers was almost empty so we had doubts about using it. But minutes before we checked out, someone knocked on the door to replace the water with new stock. Also, there's no area or table where we could place our laptop for work.

I like the property cause it is near a place where we want to go. It's also walking by to a Mall and shops. The place is really great.

There's no follow up for my booking . I got a mistake about my check in date. The check in date was supposed to be April 2 to April 3 however , I put the date from April 1 to 2 .we arrived April 2 and the caretaker of the property told me that we cannot check in cause there is another guest who checked in on that day. I lost my booking and it was my fault. However, she did not try to help me find a vacant place since we were already there.
