From 7:30 PM onwards, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a €30 fee will be charged when picking up the keys. Outside of these hours, keys will only be handed over if online check-in has been completed (otherwise, it will be considered a no-show) and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Everything was broken. Had to waste the first morning of our holiday trying to sort things out. Tried cooking and the electricity kept tripping if you had more than one appliance on. Messaged fincas and was advised there woukd be someone to us the following morning. Waited in and no one turned up. Wasted enough hours of out holiday trying to get things fixed so gave up in the end.

Nothing. Very dirty no air conditioning no fan. Wardrobe door jams smelt of dampness. 12floor stair door had 2padlocks on it surely this not right what happens in emergency balcony light didn't work. Spent time washing floor skirting boards wood door panels engrained. In dirt

Everything worst apparments l have ever stayed in . Would not take free holiday here not impressed . . And go at least 7or8 times a year use different company. Been in lots Gemelos building . This a tip and smelly complete gave money away . Not happy stay myself my girlfriend who stay in Benidorm would not stay overnight called a pit..
