Penthouse No7 - #TIF Helexpo

The apartment was perfecty equipped, the beds were confortable, the airco worked perfectly, the location was wonderful and though it was central it was not noisy. The comunication with the tenant was perfect. Overall a great accommodation.

The Apartment was on the 6th floor of a 8 story block with a lift. The outside space (balcony) was spacious and had a small view of the sea. Whilst the communal spaces and entry area were a little run down , just like most of the other buildings in the area, the apartment itself was very well appointed and very modern. The two bedrooms were clean and comfortable with lots of cupboard space. Very comfortable modern bed. The kitchen had new appliances, fridge, cooker, kettle, nespresso machine, iron and ironing board and everything needed (but no microwave or toaster, if you need those things which I didnt). Good heating for the cold nights and lots of hot water for shower. No odd smells either. What was really excellent was Vivian the host who was always helpful and immediately fixed the problems (when the wifi went down for 15 minutes.) A very good stay and I would stay again.

Nothing detracts from this apartment.
