I didn’t like the Riad, I loved it. Athman picked up at the airport and dropped me off and he was so attentive and nice. Ibtissam and Fatima were adorable. All of them, they explained me how to get to locations. The breakfast was different every single day. I stayed in a double room and it was very big, and very comfortable. The location of the Riad it was simply perfect. In my future trips to Marrakech I will definitely will go back. Thank you so much for your kindness

The location is very good. The Riad is clean and calm. The breakfast is very tasty. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

Nothing to complain

Clean, nice and comfy. Excellent staff, very kind and great communication. We made a mistake in our booking and the staff helped us sort everything out. Very considerate. The rooms have ac with heating/cooling.

Este curat, primitor, angajatii sunt foarte amabili, mic dejun foarte variat si gustos.

Geamurile sunt foarte subtiri astfel ca dimineata sau seara tarziu se aud ceilalti oaspeti.

El personal es excepcional. El chico que nos recibió fue muy atento y nos dio la bienvenida con un té de menta. Las chicas son muy amables y serviciales. Preparan unos desayunos espectaculares, riquísimos y abundantes. El riad es bonito y acogedor, y tiene buena ubicación, a pocos metros de la puerta Bab Ksiba (Kasbah).

Nos es que nos importara demasiado, pero un día nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación y al día siguiente no. Por otro lado, el aseo de nuestra habitación era de muy reducido tamaño y, tal y como se encontraba la ducha, era muy difícil poder ducharse con agua caliente. A veces no salía nada de agua caliente y, cuando salía, resultaba imposible regular la temperatura.

L’état général des chambres et du mobilier laisse à désirer. Une odeur désagréable était présente, le petit-déjeuner se composait uniquement de produits surgelés et le café semblait réchauffé de la veille. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant tout le séjour et ce malgré nos réclamations et sur quatre jours, la chambre n’a été faite qu’une seule fois, tout comme le changement des serviettes.

The location was ideal, situated just outside the extremely crowded central areas. I stayed on the ground floor near the entrance, which made it difficult to sleep at night due to guests arriving late, walking around, and using their phones in the common garden area.

The breakfast was generally acceptable; however, I was not served eggs initially. I thought eggs were not included for anyone, but then I noticed that the table next to me did receive eggs, which was quite disappointing. I didn’t realize I needed to request them, but in my opinion, breakfast should be consistent for all guests. Additionally, as a solo traveler, I wanted to sit at a different table on my second day. Since the table reserved for me was still set up as for one person, I was asked to move there instead of choosing another spot. This was not very pleasant, but I accepted it.
