Villa Kaya 2

The location is fantastic. A short walk into the town where there is so much going on and something for everyone. The property is in a very peaceful location. Lovely pool, especially the smaller pool on the side, was great to lounge in.

Lack of kitchen wear. There weren't enough cups glasses etc to cater for the number of guests. No wine glasses and the glasses that were provided were all very small. Bedding wasn't great and very worn, bobbling on the sheets, but beds were quite comfy.

Quite large house big enough to accommodate several families. Baby pool was the highlight for our small children. Every room had its own air conditioner and kitchen utensils allowed us to be able to cook whenever we wanted. Our pool was cleaned on a daily basis and mehmet bey was really friendly and helpful without him we wouldn't be able to get back inside the house when we were locked out.

Internet was unstable, but mehmet bey was quick enough to understand the problem and fix it. Some air conditioners didn't have their remote controller and the ones that were there, didnt have batterry (so we had to buy ourselves) but luckily controllers were universal and we were able to use them further. We had couple of times electricity shot down but it was due to the Municipality and everything was powered up 30 min later

Just what we were looking for. The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that you could need during your holiday. The outdoor area was so peaceful and the area around the pool was perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or eating meals. We will be recommending this villa to other friends and family.
