The location is exactly at the centre of the town, near (driving distance) to most of the recommended eating place in KB, designated parking spot, almost complete kitchen utensils and convenience and coffee place just at the lobby!

Could done a bit of deep cleaning at least once in two weeks or so, the toilet is clean but could be cleaner. Especially on the toilet walls.

The strategic location. It is convenient to travel to city and back. Not an issue. The plus point is the eateries like Mcd, CBTL, CU mart are just downstairs.

The noises fr cars, especially the bikes at night. Every night, you can hear mat rempit speeding and despite we were staying on 11 floor, the structure of the building is so thin that we literally felt like we were at ground floor. But that's the problem with KB. Unless you choose to stay far form the main road.
