"Great host. Spectacular accommodation. First class."

Very modern and well equipped apartment. High grade fixtures and fittings. Top grade linen and towels. Everything you could possibly need. The host and owner Iva is a warm and special person who can not do enough for you. Perfect stay and highly recommended.

"Perfect if you want to experience the beach and the city"

The apartment is newly made, with all the utilities you would need during the stay. In case of any questions or issues the host was very helpful and quick to act. The location is perfect. You can quickly get to the beach or to the old town. It is quiet area. Garage is the plus, although the entrance to it is narrow, so larger vehicles might have some issues.

We would like to express our gratitude to the owners of the apartments for the excellent conditions that were thought out to the smallest detail! The apartment is completely new. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed, there is even a minibar with local wine. There were excellent cosmetics in the shower. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartments are located in a quiet location, next to a pine forest, right between the central promenade and the beach. It is convenient that there is a store nearby within walking distance. The beach can be reached in 10-15 minutes. The road to the beach passes through a shaded park without any sharp climbs. The old town embankment is also a 10-minute walk away. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the atmosphere of the city. Perhaps we'll come back again! Thank you!

"Trip to Rovinj Croatia."

We found this amazing new apartment in the heart of Rovinj. Clean,modern,spacious, and peaceful has everything you need. Close to restaurants and the beaches. Owners Iva and her husband are very friendly and helpful in every way. We will definitely recommend this place,and for sure, we will book there again. Thanks, and well done 🙏
