Apartment is nothing like the pictures. It's old and run down. Furniture is old and it's dirty here. Some things are broken, cracked walls, missing hooks for towels. Sofa bed wasn't there as described and pictured. No air-conditioning in one bedroom. Overall it was really bad. Bad smell in the kitchen cupboards.

It’s rubbish. Scammed your money. Place is not even same as in the picture.

FROM CHECK IN EXPERIENCE TO MY Very last moment being in the apartment . First off , there was no proper lift or even entrance to enter the apartment . YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR BOMBA LIFT in order to access 8th floor . Non of this was briefed to me . The moment I reached the apartment , a strong foul smell was present and I couldn’t help but spray my own perfume . Best part , the place didn’t even look like in the picture that I chose . I texted the facilitators in the group but non of them actually bothered to reply me . I checked the bed sheet and oh my to my surprise , there was stains all over the bed !!! The place you’re supposed to be sleeping but it’s all stained ! After asking and probing them questions about the apartment , after an hour plus they finally replied by saying there’s another apartment available in another block . From block B, I had to walk all the way to block C in the middle of the morning ! The moment I reached the other apartment , I couldn’t help but to see a cockroach crawling . With a heavy heart , I tried to stay on and took a look at the room and the bedsheets . As I had no other options but to stay back , thankfully at least the room was min standard. The toilet in this apartment stinked too . Next day they replied me by saying they couldn’t help “it is how it is” and even messaged me personally by saying “you Kena faham ini bukan property saya”. Point to be noted : I didn’t even mention anything about the building , I mentioned about how dirty the bedsheets were. She even replied me by saying :cheapest homestay standard. For god sake I paid almost rm200 for a night and this is what they said “cheapest homestay standard”! Ridiculous . Be aware guys they are scammers.

I doubled booked as I did not received confirmation of my first reservation, Alanis is now not willing to refund. Very bad. I have been double charged for my stay then. The Host is basically not answering questions in case you need any support or clarification to solve issues. Game room was closed and not accessible without clear explanation. Billiards and tennis table not available then. Found cockroach in the leaving room on the sofa! Better you find another location!

Firstly, the room assigned to us was not cleaned up! The owner should have checked with the caretaker before guests checked in right? There was no apologies from the owner at all. We were shocked and thought that someone else were staying inside. Then the owner said the room wasn't been cleaned up yet. Luckily, there was another room available in the apartment and assigned to us. But guys, be aware that the room that you booked is totally different from the photos. Worst situation? One of the room was not installed with aircon!! Checked with the owner, they said the room we booked was one bedroom and living room with aircond, and another bedroom has no aircond. I questioned them which part of the listing they stated that only one bedroom and living installed with aircond? It didn't stated at all!!!!! Never experienced such terrible Airbnb experience and we'll never recommend this to others!! WE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU ALL!

Easy to check in and check out. Nearby shopes. Apartment guard and parking was friendly. Homestay was clean.

The homestay was not the same as pictured in booking.com...there is no sofa bed. Bed and pillow a little bit uncomfortable. Need extra pillow. Should have a box of tissue for dining use and not roll tissue as in the toilet
