USWe loved the place. The cabin was clean and very comfortable for the 8 people we had. Every bedroom was nice. Great kitchen space. Large dining room table. The upstairs game room was good. The hot tub was good and everyone had a soak or two. Our only complaint was the air conditioner was too cold, especially on the lower level. It was like an ice box and we were afraid to mess the thermostat as there was a note about it. Honestly other than that , it was beautiful. Our parking was good because the cabin next to us was empty. If it were rented parking would be a little tight. Very convenient to Gatlinburg. We also saw a momma bear and her cub and another bear. Now this I will say LOCK your car doors as our daughter forgot too and yes bears can open doors and they did. Thankfully only a drinking cup was in the car. It destroyed it! The Clark/ Reed family had a great trip and stay
We love everything. Just the air conditioning was too cold on the lower level and we were afraid to mess with it. Other than that it's a great cabin.

USUSUSUSUSUSUSUSThe housekeeper was still in the property when we arrived two hours after check in time could start. He had not finished cleaning the showers or kitchen. I had to clean what he didn’t finish. He also left the trash outside and a mother bear and two cubs got into it. I notified the property manager and was told a cleaning crew would be by to get it. It’s 4am three days later and the trash is still outside. Also, we have small children and the bears were literally less than5 feet away from the door.
Bed bugs! We stayed for four days. On the first night my husband was bitten and the next day we just thought maybe a spider or mosquitoes but then I was bitten and so was my niece. It’s 4AM and we’re packing up our children and leaving now. I’m absolutely horrified! I have photos for proof.
