It was an appalling experience like never before. We were asked to go to a different hotel upon reaching the booked destination and the behaviour of staff was pathetic. They were unable to provide clean sheets or basic needs like ware and kept on stalling. The manager of the hotel was very rude and didn’t even provide breakfast which was included. Overall a horrific experience
