Pictures available on booking com might be couple of years old. I was able to sleep quietly for some reason. Staff were very polite and ready to address concerns

Room is dirty and filled with dust. I don't know if hotels keep the filthy rooms for booking com. Customers due to price. Washroom was dirty. The light in the room I stayed 206 was like a cave. I don't know how they gathered good reviews with these bad rooms. Probably this hotel was in a better condition few years ago but not now. There are far better options available nearby

Rooms were good and the staff was alert and helpful. Overall a good value for money.

Breakfast could have been better in terms of taste, it was slightly bland.

Staff is very cooperative and ready to help in any way. Mostly people who come to medanta stay here and trust me it's perfect for long stay. Rooms are also big and clean and economical also. Special thanks to Shiva for arranging rooms on ground floor. Definitely recommend to everyone. Just to note there is no elevator but overall nice and pleasant stay
